The Garware Institute of Career Education and Development (GICED), University of Mumbai, has partnered with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) India Affiliate to offer IRM's Global Level 1 Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) qualification as a 2-credit open elective virtual course under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The course is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across all disciplines (technology, engineering, law, finance, business, entrepreneurship, and marketing) and affiliated colleges of the University of Mumbai, enabling them to build essential enterprise risk management competencies. University of Mumbai alumni from diverse professional backgrounds—such as HR, finance, supply chain, audit, governance, procurement, branding, entrepreneurship, and family businesses—can also enrol to pursue career opportunities in enterprise risk management.
