The Institute of Risk Management (IRM), India Affiliate, the world's leading professional body for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) qualifications and examinations across 140+ countries, has partnered with the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM)—an educational institution registered as a public trust established by SEBI in 2006—to launch the Enterprise Risk and India Regulation Online Course (ERIRC). This initiative aims to strengthen organizational risk maturity by enhancing awareness and understanding of enterprise risk regulations.
The ERIRC has been developed to equip professionals with practical knowledge of ERM-related regulatory and compliance requirements. The programme is tailored for professionals working in risk, compliance, audit, investor relations, merchant banking, IPO services, SME business advisory services, GRC services, and other related functions. It is also designed for CXOs, accountants, company secretaries, corporate governance professionals, risk champions, and senior leaders responsible for risk oversight, enabling them to strengthen their expertise and contribute to building a robust risk culture within their organizations.
