Before an AI agent goes live, how confident are you that its risks have been identified, assessed and effectively controlled?
Pre-deployment is a critical stage in the agentic AI lifecycle. As AI systems gain greater autonomy, traditional approaches to risk assessment may not be sufficient to address the new behaviours, dependencies and risk signals they introduce.
Part 3 of the Cyber Special Interest Group’s seven-part Agentic Risk Management webinar series moves the conversation into practical implementation, focusing on the controls and assessments organisations need before deployment.
During Pre-Deployment Agentic Risk Management, Adam Grainger and Adam Davis of Agentic Risks will take attendees through a seven-step agentic risk assessment process, highlighting where the approach differs from conventional risk assessment and offering practical guidance for applying it.
The session will also examine agentic key risk indicators (KRIs), including how they can be used to operationalise controls and why effective monitoring depends on drawing data from the layer where the relevant risk signal actually resides.
The objective is practical: to help risk professionals support agentic AI implementations with more effective risk identification, mitigation and monitoring from the outset.
The session includes a 50-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of discussion.
