As organisations move from exploring agentic AI to considering practical adoption, questions of risk appetite, operational control and implementation strategy become increasingly important.

On 24 September, the Cyber Special Interest Group continues its seven-part webinar series on Agentic Risk Management with Part 2: Agentic Risk Appetite & Adoption Strategy.

Rather than focusing solely on what agentic AI can do, this session will consider how organisations can make informed decisions about where and how it should be deployed. The discussion will include a deeper look at the features of autonomy, why operational controls are essential, and how to define an appropriate risk appetite for AI agents.

Speakers Adam Grainger, Managing Director at Agentic Risks, and Adam Davis, Strategic Advisor, Data & AI at Agentic Risks, will introduce a practical five-step governance and implementation planning process designed to help organisations shape their agentic AI adoption strategy.
